摘要
当前老旧小区改造施工过程中呈现出专业咨询分散,方案决策深度不够,工程进度慢和建设质量低等问题,运用全过程工程咨询管理模式组织施工,探讨通过投资决策咨询和项目建设咨询实施要点分析,提高老旧小区改造项目组织管理效率,提升老旧小区改造项目建设质量和投资效率,以期解决老旧小区改造过程中遇到的问题。
The current construction process of old neighborhood renovation presents problems such as scattered professional consultation,insufficient depth of program decision,slow project progress and low construction quality.Therefore,uses the whole process consulting management mode to organize construction,and discusses the analysis of the implementation points of investment decision consulting and project construction consulting to improve the efficiency of the organization and management of the old neighborhood renovation project,enhance the construction quality and investment efficiency of the old neighborhood renovation project,with the aim of solving the current problems encountered in the process of old neighborhood renovation.
