摘要
针对目前陕西省咸阳市县级气象监测预警中心在使用过程中面临的问题,以咸阳地区三个县级气象预警中心改扩建工程设计为例,分别从总体规划布局、功能空间、外部形态、外部环境等方面进行系统分析,探讨县级气象监测预警中心在改扩建设计过程中应该注意的相关问题,提出改扩建设计原则及方法,以期为咸阳气象建筑未来系统性的改扩建提供参考和借鉴。
In view of the current problems in the use of county level meteorological monitoring and early warning center in Xianyang,Shaanxi,this paper selects the reconstruction and expansion design of three county-level meteorological early warning centers in Xianyang area as an example,and makes a systematic analysis from the aspects of overall planning layout,functional space,external form and external environment.The paper discusses the related problems that should be paid attention to in the reconstruction and expansion design of county meteorological monitoring and early warning center,and puts forward the design principles and methods of reconstruction and expansion,in order to provide a reference for the systematic reconstruction and expansion of Xianyang meteorological building in the future.
