摘要
叶片配重是动叶可调轴流式风机检修中重要的一步,人工计算需要耗费相当的时间,计算机程序的使用有助于提升检修效率,降低工时的损耗。介绍了风机叶片配重的两种计算方式,设计了其对应的计算机程序,并对某电厂升压风机叶片安装的实例进行了验证。结果显示,程序给出了符合标准的叶片安装位置。
Blade counterweight is an important step in the maintenance of moving vane adjustable axial flow fan.Manual calculation needs considerable time.The use of computer program is helpful to improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce the loss of man-hours.This paper introduces the calculating method of the fan blade counterweight,designs the computer program of two calculating methods of the blade counterweight,and verifies the installation example of the booster fan blade in a power plant.The results show that the program gives the standard blade installation position.
