绿色低碳型全地下生活垃圾转运站规划建设探索与实践

摘要 近年来,随着社会的快速发展和城市规模的不断扩大,对垃圾转运站的需求同步增长,但由于受用地保障不足、邻避效应等影响,生活垃圾转运站建设面临选址难、建设难等问题。本文以青岛市崂山湾国际生态健康城全地下景观转运站为例,探索垃圾转运站的规划建设思路,助力解决城市垃圾转运站落地难、邻避效应等难题。 In recent years,with the rapid development of society and the continuous expansion of urban scale,the demand for MSW transfer stations has increased simultaneously.However,due to the insufficient guarantee of construction land and NIMBY effect,the construction of MSW transfer station is faced with difficulties in site selection and construction.This paper takes the whole underground landscape transfer station of Laoshan Bay International Ecological Health City in Qingdao as an example and explores the planning and construction ideas of MSW transfer station so as to solve the difficult problems such as implementation of MSW transfer stations and NIMBY effect.
