摘要
垂直取向的石墨烯是指具有垂直于基底取向排列的三维结构的石墨烯,相比于水平堆叠或者多孔状的石墨烯,垂直取向的石墨烯在垂直方向上具有便捷的声子、离子、分子传输通道和丰富的边缘以及大的比表面积等特性。本文介绍了碳化硅热分解法、等离子体增强的化学气相沉积法、基于氧化石墨烯的制备方法以及"化平为直"法等制备垂直取向的石墨烯的方法,总结了其在热界面材料、能源、气体传感与海水淡化领域的研究进展,并对其发展方向进行了展望。
Vertically aligned graphene refers to the graphene material in which the graphene nanosheets are aligned perpendicular to the substrate.Compared with horizontally stacked or porous graphene,vertically aligned graphene exhibits a bright future due to rich edges,large specific surface area and a large amount of transportation channels of phonons,ions,and molecules in the vertical direction.This paper the preparation strategies of vertically aligned graphene were systematically reviewed,including thermal decomposition of SiC,plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition method,graphene oxide-based assembly method and“flat to vertical”method,and then the applications in themal interface materials,electrochemical energy storage,gas detection and seawater desalination were summarized.Besides,the development direction in the future was prospected.
