摘要
财经类人才是推动“双创”的生力军,其“双创”能力的培养具有重要意义。应按照“全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人”理念,坚持立德树人导向,通过弥补育人主体单一化、育人过程碎片化、育人模式机械化等不足,构建育人培养生态系统、打造差异化培养模式、实现协同育人培养机制,推动提升“双创”能力的水平及质量。
The economic talents are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship,so the cultivation of their innovative and entrepreneurial ability is of great significance.In accordance with the concept of“all staff education,whole process education,and all-round education”,we should adhere to the guidance of moral education.By overcoming the shortcomings of single education subject,fragmented education process,and mechanized education mode,we aim to build an education ecosystem,create a differentiated training mode and realize the mechanism of coordinated education,and furthermore,improve the level and quality of innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
