摘要
目的:探究人文关怀护理干预在抑郁症患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年8月笔者所在医院收治的104例抑郁症患者,随机分成两组,对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组则接受人文关怀护理干预。对比两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、服药依从情况、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组患者的HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后2、4、8周,与对照组比较,研究组的HAMD评分明显低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组的服药依从性明显高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组的生活质量评分明显高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组的护理满意度高(P<0.05)。结论:在抑郁症患者接受药物治疗期间实施人文关怀护理干预可以有效减少患者的负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量评分,从而提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of depression patients.Method:A total of 104 patients with depression in our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received humanistic care nursing intervention.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,medication compliance,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2,4,8 weeks of nursing,the HAMD scores of the study group were significantly lower compared with the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the medication compliance of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanistic care nursing intervention in patients with depression during drug treatment can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients,improve the patients’quality of life scores,so as to improve the satisfaction of patients and their families on nursing work,which is worthy of promotion and application.
