摘要
基于涡流管风光互补2级闪蒸小型模拟海水淡化系统的工作原理,并对整个系统进行了设计计算。设计海水的进口温度为20℃,流量为0.04 kg/s,并对盘管管径、1级闪蒸器进口温度、2级闪蒸器出口温度等基本参数进行确定,经过计算,得出海水在1级闪蒸器进出口处温度为73.5℃,进而得出本系统在设计工况下的淡水产量为5.448 kg/h。
In this paper, the working principle of wind-solar complementary two-stage flash desalination system based on vortex tube is introduced, and the whole system is designed and calculated. The inlet temperature and flow rate of the designed seawater are 20 ℃ and 0.04 kg/s, and the basic parameters such as coil pipe diameter, inlet temperature of the first stage flash evaporator and outlet temperature of the second stage flash evaporator are determined. After calculation, the temperature of seawater at the inlet and outlet of the first stage flash evaporator is 73.5 ℃, and then the fresh water output of the system under the design conditions is 5.448 kg/h.
