摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,分析了"十三五"期间我国体育赛事发展的状况,系统回顾了竞技体育赛事、职业体育赛事、群众体育赛事、学校体育赛事在发展上存在的问题,分析了"十四五"时期我国体育赛事发展的环境,并提出了如下发展路径:(1)打破层级壁垒,促进体育赛事间协调发展;(2)加强顶层设计,提高体育赛事治理能力;(3)大力发展体育竞赛表演业,促进体育消费;(4)加大科技创新,提升体育赛事科技含量;(5)注重人才培养,提供专业人才保障;(6)完善法律法规,推动部门联合发展。
By using the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper analyzes the development situation of sports events in China during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,systematically reviews the problems existing in the development of competitive sports events,professional sports events,mass sports events and school sports events,analyzes the development environment of sports events in China during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,and puts forward the following paths:(1)breaking the hierarchical barriers,promoting the coordinated development of sports events.(2)strengthening the top-level design,improving the management ability of sports events.(3)developing sports competition and performance industry to promote sports consumption.(4)increasing scientific and technological innovation,enhancing the scientific and technological content of sports events.(5)to pay attention to personnel training and provide professional personnel guarantee.(6)improving laws and regulations,promoting the joint development of departments.
