摘要
通过分析目前法定传染病、重点监测传染病和其他传染病的疾病负担情况,以及管理、技术、政策3个维度下传染病医疗管理工作现状,找出问题,总结提出下一步工作建议。建议在未来工作中优化包括医疗机构硬件、学科、人才队伍在内的医疗资源配置;加强技术规范和质量控制体系建设;细化医疗考核评价体系;配套财政补贴、医保等保障性政策。
By analyzing the current disease burden of statutory infectious diseases,key monitoring infectious diseases and other infectious diseases,as well as the current status of medical management of infectious diseases under 3 dimensions of management,technology and policy,problems are identified and recommendations for the next step are summarized.It is recommended to optimize the allocation of medical resources including hardware,disciplines and talent teams of medical institutions in the future work;strengthen the construction of technical specifications and quality control system;refine the medical assessment and evaluation system;and support financial subsidies,medical insurance and other protective policies.
