摘要
传统的工程力学实验教学中引入先进的现代科研仪器设备,不仅可激发学生兴趣开拓视野,而且促进实验教学由传统模式转向综合探究模式,全面提高学生的实践能力。据此,将现代热点VIC-3D非接触测量系统应用于金属材料拉伸实验教学中,既加深巩固对理论知识的理解,也直观展示了工程应力—应变与真应力—应变的分布特征的差异,实现了对理论教学的补充,提高了整体实验教学质量。
The introduction of advanced modern scientific research instruments and equipment into the traditional engineering mechanics experiment teaching can not only stimulate students’ interest and broaden their horizons, but also promote the experiment teaching from the traditional mode to the comprehensive exploration mode, and comprehensively improve students’ practical ability. According to this, the application of VIC-3 D non-contact measurement system in the tensile experiment teaching of metal materials not only deepens the understanding of theoretical knowledge, but also intuitively shows the difference of the distribution characteristics of engineering stress-strain and true stress-strain, realizes the supplement of theoretical teaching and improves the overall experimental teaching quality.
