高职院校创业教育促进乡村振兴的引导模式与路径 被引量:10

摘要 开展创业教育,培养双创型技能人才,不仅是党和国家赋予高职院校的重要使命,也是乡村振兴战略背景下乡村人才振兴的现实需要。当前高职院校创业教育在促进乡村振兴中面临政府政策构建不完善、学校教育机制不畅、教师队伍建设乏力、学生积极性和创业能力偏低等困境。为进一步提升高职院校创业教育促进乡村振兴的成效,要理顺政府、学校、企业、乡村、学生等各主体间的关系,构建基于政府、学校、学生三大关键要素的引导模式,即政府层面健全政策体系并有效落实,学校层面厘清教育理念并构建系统的教育工作机制,学生层面建立灵活的学习制度和激励跟踪机制,在此基础上形成相应的具体运行路径,为高职院校创业教育促进乡村振兴提供理论借鉴和实践参考。 Carrying out entrepreneurship education and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial skilled talents is a critical mission entrusted by the Party and the country to higher vocational colleges,and the realistic need for rural talent revitalization under the background of rural revitalization strategy.At present,entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is facing some difficulties in promoting rural revitalization,such as imperfect government policy construction,poor school education mechanism,weak construction of teachers,low enthusiasm and entrepreneurial ability of students and so on.In order to further improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in promoting rural revitalization,it is necessary to straighten out the relationship among the government,schools,enterprises,villages and students.We should build a guide pattern based on the three key elements of government,schools and students,that is,improve and effectively implement the policy system at the government level,clarify the educational concept and build a systematic educational working mechanism at the school level,and establish flexible learning system and incentive tracking mechanism at the student level.On this basis,the corresponding specific operation path will be formed,and provide a theoretical and practical reference for higher vocational college entrepreneurship education to promote rural revitalization.
