摘要
固着液滴蒸发过程中的Marangoni对流特性对相际传热传质有着重要影响.本文以蒸发液滴为研究对象,利用COMSOL软件建立了液滴蒸发过程仿真计算模型,对蒸发液滴内部Marangoni流动进行数值仿真分析,探究了不同接触角及不同基板温度下,液滴内部流动的变化特性.模型的计算结果表明,基板温度对Marangoni对流有显著的影响,基板温度越高,液滴内部流动速度越大,Marangoni对流越强;液滴内部对流达到稳态后,在液滴内部区域,中心速度较大,边缘速度较小,右半部分形成顺时针的涡流,左半部分形成逆时针的涡流;基板温度相同时,接触角的增大提高了液滴内部的流动速度.
The characteristics of Marangoni convection in sessile droplets have an important effect on interphase heat and mass transfer.Taking evaporating droplets as the research object,the simulation model of droplet evaporation process is established by COMSOL software.The internal Marangoni flow of evaporating droplets is numerically simulated and analyzed.The characteristics of flow for various droplet contact angles and substrate temperatures are explored.The results show that the substrate temperature has obvious effect on Marangoni convection.The higher the substrate temperature,the greater the internal flow velocity and the stronger the Marangoni convection.In the internal region of droplets,the central velocity is larger while the edge velocity is smaller when the internal convection of droplets reaches steady state.In the same time,the right half forms clockwise eddy current,and the left half forms counterclockwise eddy current.The increase of contact angle enhances the flow velocity inside the droplet.
