摘要
网络"缺场"空间在拓展延伸陌生人信任、创造话语狂欢的同时,也使青年徘徊在"信"与"不信"的焦虑中。网络人际、媒介、政府信任的差序格局,使青年呈现出审慎、抱团、对抗的网络表达特征,甚至出现"信任了不该信任的""不信任该信任的"异化现象。为引导青年重拾信任理性,构建具有普遍信任基础的网络表达行为,提出强化媒介素养教育、塑造良好表达风气,打通两个舆论场域、破除表达对抗与偏见,尊重有序网络参与、构建自治共治格局的网络信任修复策略。
While extending the trust of strangers and creating carnival,the absent opinion field also makes the youth wonder if the opinion is reliable or not.The pattern of difference sequence of interpersonal,media and government trust have led to a cautious,huddled,and confrontational presentation of youth online expression.What is worse,it induces the trust alienation phenomenon of"trusting the untrustworthy"and"distrusting the trustworthy".Thus,in order to guide the youth to regain the rationality of trust,and build an online expression behavior with a general trust basis,we propose the online trust repair strategies,which includes strengthening media literacy education and shaping a good expression atmosphere,bridging the two public opinion fields and eliminating expression confrontation and prejudice,as well as respecting orderly online participation and building an autonomous governance and co-governance pattern.
