电源单位发变组出口断路器失灵保护回路优化

摘要 随着电力电网的快速发展,电源单位也在迅速增容,对比电网之前少有的大中型机组,现在大容量的单机已经以普及的趋势遍布全网,失灵保护是电力系统中不可或缺的重要保护之一。当故障线路的继电保护动作发出跳闸命令后,断路器因其自身故障或其他原因拒绝动作时,能够以较短的时限切除同一母线上其他所有支路的断路器,将故障部分隔离,并使停电范围限制为最小的一种近后备保护。对一个新建电源单位的发变组出口断路器失灵保护的原始设计进行分析研究,对其回路进行优化,对技改后的重要回路进行持续关注,并深入生产一线,跟踪保护改造后工况监督,对电力系统的稳定运行提供技术支撑。 With the rapid development of the power grid,the capacity of power supply units is rapidly increasing.Compared with the grid before few large and medium-sized units,now large-capacity single units have been spread throughout the network with the trend of popularity,failure protection is one of the important protection indispensable in the power system.When the fault line relay protection action issued after the trip command,the circuit breaker because of its own fault or other reasons refused to act,to be able to a shorter When the relay protection of the faulty line operates to issue a trip command,the circuit breaker refuses to operate due to its own fault or for other reasons,it can remove all other branch circuit breakers on the same bus in a shorter period of time,isolating the faulty part and limiting the outage to a minimum.This study analyzes and studies the original design of failure protection of outlet circuit breaker of generator and transformer group of a new power supply unit,optimizes its circuit,pays continuous attention to the important circuit after technological transformation,and goes deep into the production line to monitor the working condition after protection transformation,and provides technical support for the stable operation of the power system.
