摘要
为增加线上电力业务处理工作的效率,提高业务办理事件的数量,提出基于相似度匹配对线上电力营业厅业务对话系统设计。确定好需要的硬件设施,在完成硬件组装后,对软件系统进行设计,与用户进行简要对话,以此构建线上对话的数据库,设置相似度问答功能,对用户进行用户画像分类处理,将不同类型的用户与客服进行连接对话,实现用户相似类别的分类对话。实验结果表明,设计系统具有更加高效的工作效率。
In order to increase the efficiency of online power business processing and increase the number of business processing events,the design of the online power business hall business dialogue system based on similarity matching is proposed.Determine the required hardware facilities.After completing the hardware assembly,design the software system and conduct brief dialogues with users to build a database of online dialogues,set up similarity question and answer functions,and classify users'portraits to classify the differences.Types of users conduct a connection dialogue with the customer service,and realize a classified dialogue of similar categories of users.The experimental results show that the design system has a more efficient work efficiency.
