摘要
“十四五”湖南立足于军工大省朝军民融合强省迈进,需要在多个方面进行优化,政策、规划、市场、机制、研发等都有成长的空间,冲击中国军民融合第一方阵。通过对湖南军民融合产业产值、分布、分类、规划、科研等分析,进一步了解其具体概况,从而对“十四五”湖南军民融合发展提出指引。
In the 14th Five-Year Plan,based on the military industry province,Hunan is moving towards the strong province of military-civilian integration,which needs to be optimized in many aspects,such as policy,planning,market,mechanism,R&D,etc.There is room for growth and impact on the first square of military-civilian integration in China.By analyzing the output value,distribution,classification,planning and scientific research of Hunan's civil-military fusion industry,we can further understand its specific profile and thus provide guidance for the development of Hunan's civil-military fusion in the 14th Five-Year Plan.
