摘要
针对铁路货车运行中常见的轴承渗油、甩油现象进行了研究分析,分析表明,轴承渗油的主要原因是内外油封轴向、径向间隙处于极限尺寸以及人工涂抹油脂过量导致。文章对轴承渗油、甩油后的轮轴检修提出了建议。
Study and analysis have been carried out on the common phenomena of oil leakage and oil spilling occurred on the bearing during its operation.The analysis shows that the main reason of oil leakage is that the axial and radial clearances of inner and outer oil seals are set at the limited state and excessive grease is applied.This paper puts forward suggestions for the maintenance of wheelset after oil leakage and oil spilling of bearings.
