摘要
为解决当今电力数据资产管理在数据共享、数据交易、数据安全等方面存在的问题,实现电力数据资产的智能管理,充分挖掘电力系统数据资源价值。首先结合电力企业现有数据采集和应用方式,分析了电力系统数据资产管理的问题;总结分析以往区块链数据交易的应用,提出交互式双链区块链的概念,并结合生物遗传学原理提出其运行机理和控制策略。交互式双链区块链将两条链之间的交互过程类比为遗传学中转录、翻译、表达调控和逆转录的过程。该平台架构能较好地解决电力数据资产交易中的安全性和复杂度问题,为电力数据资产交易平台架构提供了解决方案。
This article aims to solve the existing problems of power data asset management in data sharing,data transaction,data security,etc.,so as to achieve intelligent control and realize value of power data asset.In the first sector,we discussed data collection and transaction of present power system,and its defects on data management.We then discussed applications of blockchain-datacontrol and put forward the concept of interactive double-chained blockchain based on principles of genetics.The mechanism and control strategy of interactive double-chained blockchain is analogous to process of transcription,interpretation,expression®ulation and reverse transcription of gene heredity.Interactive double-chained blockchain platform can solve security and complexity issues during power system data transactions,while offering effective scheme to the platform structure.
