大型立式换热器质量载荷对管板的作用

摘要 近年来随着国内外的经济迅速发展,越来越多新建的石油化工企业规模越来越大,主要生产区内需要的设备不仅结构越来越复杂,而且体积也随之增大,从而重量大幅度增加。我们依据国标T151中规定的内容,文章中要研究的固定管板换热器结构是以作用在弹性基础上的圆平板作为研究受力模型[1],并且将其自身重量所产生的应力忽略掉。但在大型立式换热器中,其自身重量对其管板产生一定作用,这就使研究模型发生了变化,通过应力分析计算,重量载荷产生的应力是不可以忽略的,因此对大型立式换热器管板受力分析时质量载荷进行分析是非常有必要的。 In recent years,with the rapid economic development at home and abroad,more and more new petrochemical companies have become larger and larger,and the heat exchangers in the device have been increasing in diameter and length,and their weight has also increased.According to T151“Tube-and-Shell Heat Exchanger”,the structure we studied in the fixed tube-plate heat exchanger is the circular flat plate acting on the elastic foundation as the research force model,and its mass is ignored.However,in large vertical heat exchangers,the weight of the heat exchanger has a certain effect on its tube sheet,which has changed the research model.Through stress analysis and calculation,the stress caused by the weight load cannot be ignored,so it is necessary to analyze the mass load of the large vertical heat exchanger tube sheet during the force analysis.
