摘要
矿产资源的节约集约利用受很多因素的制约。一些矿产、矿产品的价格形成机制未能充分保障矿产资源的节约集约开采利用。重要矿产资源深度开发利用的一些核心技术瓶颈还没有突破,矿产资源节约集约利用的监管机制还不健全。完善矿产品价格形成机制及矿产资源节约集约利用的价格保障机制,突破重要矿产资源深度开发利用的核心技术瓶颈,完善矿产资源节约集约开采利用的监管机制,以有效地保障矿产的节约集约开采利用。按矿产资源节约集约利用的要求制定《资源节约法》,修订《矿产资源法》等法律。
Intensive exploitation of mineral is constrained by many factors.The price formation mechanisms of some minerals and some mineral products has not provided an effective guarantee for intensive exploitation of mineral resources.Some core Technical bottleneck that important mineral resources is deep developed and utilized has not been broken through.The supervision mechanism of conservation and intensive utilization of mineral resources is imperfect.The price formation mechanisms of minerals products and the price mechanisms of minerals and mineral products for intensive exploitation of mineral resources should be improved.The core technical bottleneck that important mineral resources is deep developed and utilized should be broken through.Our country should improve supervision mechanism of conservation and intensive utilization of mineral resources to safeguards effectively conservation and intensive utilization of mineral resources.Our state should make resource conservation law and revise law such as mineral resource law on request of intensive exploitation of mineral resource.
