摘要
随着我国人口老龄化速度的加快,空巢老人的数量也逐渐增加,退休导致的社会角色变化使空巢老人更容易出现角色失调状况。以2006份老年大学学员的调查数据为基础,运用SPSS21.0软件进行数据处理发现:学习参与和空巢老人主观幸福感之间呈显著正相关;空巢老人与非空巢老人在学习参与和主观幸福感存在显著差异性,空巢老人的学习参与和主观幸福感明显低于非空巢老人群体;学习投入、学习氛围、学习体验均能正向影响老年人主观幸福感,而能够正向预测非空巢老人主观幸福感的只有学习氛围和学习体验两个因素,学习投入影响效应则不明显。并对于提升空巢老人主观幸福感给出相关建议。
With the acceleration of the aging process of China’s population,the number of empty nest elderly is gradually increasing.Retirement leads to the change of the social role of the elderly,which causes the social role imbalance of the empty nest elderly.Based on the survey data of 2006 elderly college students,the data processing using SPSS21.0 software found that there is a significant positive correlation between learning participation and subjective well-being of non-empty nest elderly;There are significant differences in learning participation and subjective well-being between empty nest elderly and non-empty nest elderly.The learning participation and subjective well-being of empty nest elderly are significantly lower than that of non-empty nest elderly.Learning engagement,learning atmosphere and learning experience can all positively affect the subjective well-being of the elderly,but only the learning atmosphere and learning experience of the non-empty nest elderly have a positive predictive effect on the subjective well-being,while the effect of learning engagement is not obvious.
