摘要
我国玉叶金花资源十分丰富且分布广泛,作为广西传统壮药,玉叶金花主要用于清热除湿,解毒消肿。玉叶金花中含有三萜类、单萜类、挥发油、有机酸等化学成分。现代药理学研究表明,其提取物和分离的多种单体化合物具有抗炎、抑菌、抗病毒、解毒、抗胆碱、抗肿瘤、抗生育等多种药理活性。本研究通过整理国内外玉叶金花相关的研究报道,从化学成分、药理作用等方面对玉叶金花进行综述,并根据质量标志物的理念,从化学成分、药效、药性、成分可测性等方面对玉叶金花的质量标志物进行预测分析,为其质量评价和合理开发提供参考。
Mussaenda Pubescens Ait.f.is one of the traditional Zhuang medicinal materials with rich resource and wide distribution in China,which is mainly used to remove heat and dampness,as well as relieve toxin and swelling.The chemical components of Mussaenda Pubescens include triterpenes,monoterpenoids,volatile oil and organic acid and so on.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Mussaenda Pubescens has many pharmacological activities,such as anti-inflammation,anti-bacteria,anti-virus,detoxification,anti-choline,anti-tumor and anti-fertility.This study summarized the research progress of Mussaenda Pubescens from the aspects of chemical components and pharmacological effects.According to the concept of quality marker(Q-marker),the Q-marker of Mussaenda Pubescens was predicted and analyzed in terms of chemical components,medicinal effect,medicinal properties and measurable composition,which provides reference for the quality evaluation and reasonable development of the herb.
