摘要
随着我国粗放型港口深化改革,港口建设对信息化依赖程度越来越高,迫切需要打造一个高效运维管理系统确保港口物流业务稳定长期的运行。而针对目前大多数港口无法实现对设备状态的实时监控,设备维护成本增加等问题,通过对港口实地调研,提出了基于全域感知智能远程运维系统构建方案,实现对港口主要设备远程集中数据采集、监视、故障预测和运维服务优化,提升企业乃至行业的运维水平,促进港口运维管理和服务模式的转变。最后通过实际应用验证了可行性,大大提升了港口业务的效率和稳定性。
With the reform of Chinese extensive port,the informatization plays an important role in the port construction.It is necessary to make an efficient operation-management to improve the port logistic stability.The major ports are now not able to monitor the equipment in the real-time,it rises the cost of equipment maintenance.By investigation,this article puts forward a remote operation-management system based on global awareness,and builds a global-awareness operation management platform.It is useful for remote centralized data acquisition,monitoring,forecasting and operational service optimization.It also improves the operations of enterprise and industries,it shifts the operation management and service mode of port.Through practical application,it is proved to be efficient and stable.
