摘要
目的对围产期妇女进行以赋能为基础的综合干预指导,分析干预措施对促进母乳喂养的效果。方法2019年6月—2020年12月在北京市通州区妇幼保健院建档的388例孕产妇作为干预组,在围产期进行母乳喂养指导、赋能教育和乳房保健,以同期385例初产妇为对照组,比较两组产妇母乳喂养的知识掌握情况、纯母乳喂养率的差异。结果对纯母乳喂养时间为6个月的问题,两组在接受初次调查均知晓率高,其中干预组知晓率达93.81%(364/388),对照组92.46%(356/385);而对于哺乳技巧、哺乳期间常见问题处理措施等,两组初次调查平均得分分别为(58.09±16.09)与(58.76±16.39),干预后干预组产妇知识掌握成绩平均(95.28±7.09),对照组为(70.13±12.38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组产后42天、3个月及6个月时纯母乳喂养率,干预组产后6个月时纯母乳喂养率为85.82%(333/388),对照组为80.26%(309/385),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过孕期及产后赋能行为综合干预可以提高产妇母乳喂养知识水平,提高6个月内纯母乳喂养率。
Objective To analyze comprehensive perinatal empowerment intervention on the effect of breastfeeding.Methods388 pregnant women in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were recruited as intervention group.They were provided with breastfeeding guidance,empowerment health education and breast health care.385 pregnant women during the same period were recruited as control group.The differences of awareness of breastfeeding and pure breast feeding rate were compared between the two groups.Results At the baseline study,the percentage for the right answer of adhering exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months was93.81%(364/388)in the intervention group and 92.46%(356/385)in the control group.The average scores of questions about breastfeeding skill and strategies dealing with problems during breastfeeding were(58.76±16.39)(intervention group)vs(58.09±16.09)(control group)respectively.After intervention,the average score was(95.28±7.09)in the intervention group and(70.13±12.38)in the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of pure breastfeeding in the intervention group was 85.82%(333/388),which was significantly higher than 80.26%(309/385)in the control group at 6 months postpartum(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive perinatal empowerment intervention could improve pregnant women’s awareness of breastfeeding and increase the rate of postpartum pure breast feeding within 6 months.
