摘要
针对某煤矿沿采空区边缘布置开拓巷道、护巷煤柱宽度的选择问题,依据矿井生产地质条件及现场实际,采用理论分析对煤柱的宽度范围进行确定,并利用FLAC^(3D)数值软件对7种宽度范围内的煤柱进行模拟,分别从沿空掘进期间煤柱的垂直应力分布、水平位移分布、表面位移对煤柱的稳定性进行对比分析,确定了合理的沿空掘巷煤柱尺寸。研究结果表明,理论公式计算得出煤柱的最大宽度为15.03 m;煤柱宽度为4~5 m时,煤柱内垂直应力峰值最小,煤柱向巷道移近量较小,且较稳定。
In view of the selection of coal pillar width of development roadway and roadway protection arranged along the edge of goaf in a coal mine,according to the mine production geological conditions and field practice,the width range of coal pillar is determined by theoretical analysis,and the coal pillar within seven width ranges is simulated by FLAC^(3D) numerical software.The stability of coal pillar is compared and analyzed by surface displacement,and the reasonable size of coal pillar is determined.The results show that the maximum width of coal pillar calculated by the theoretical formula is 15.03 m.When the width of coal pillar is 4~5 m,the peak value of vertical stress in coal pillar is the smallest,and the approach of coal pillar to roadway is small and stable.
