摘要
道德认同以个体的道德意识确认为前提,推动个体道德的知行转化.高校加强大学生的道德认同教育,有利于加强和改进思想政治教育工作,有利于进一步落实立德树人根本任务,也有利于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观.然而,在当前的新形势下,部分大学生中间却出现了道德意志力薄弱、道德知行转化乏力、道德信仰严重缺失等问题.对此,高校要果断采取加强道德实践教育、完善道德奖惩机制、发挥道德榜样作用、重视道德体验教育等策略,进一步强化大学生对社会主义道德体系的认同,进而全面提升大学生的思想道德素养.
Moral identity takes the confirmation of individual moral consciousness as the premise to promote the transformation of individual moral knowledge and behavior.Strengthening the moral identity education of college students is conducive to strengthening and improving the ideological and political education,further implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and cultivating and practicing the socialist core values.However,in the current new situation,some college students have some problems,such as weak moral willpower,weak transformation of moral knowledge and behavior,serious lack of moral belief and so on.In this regard,colleges and universities should decisively adopt strategies such as strengthening moral practice education,improving moral reward and punishment mechanism,giving full play to the role of moral example and paying attention to moral experience education,so as to further strengthen college students’recognition of the socialist moral system,so as to comprehensively improve college students’Ideological and moral quality.
