新阶段职业院校实施现代学徒制的策略思考

摘要 经过前期试点探索,我国已基本形成以校企一体化育人为核心的现代学徒制育人模式.当前,现代学徒制进入了全面推广的新阶段,针对社会认可度不高、利益融合机制不健全、产教融合不深入等问题,提出政、行、企、校等各方应加强协同,强化制度顶层设计,推动产教深度融合,推广成熟模式,探索实施中国特色高层次学徒制,为经济社会发展培养更多"精英学徒". After preliminary experiments,China has basically formed a modern apprenticeship education model centered on school-enterprise integration education.At present,the modern apprenticeship has entered a new stage of comprehensive promotion.In view of the low social recognition,the incomplete interest integration mechanism,and the lack of in-depth integration of industry and education,all parties such as government,industry,enterprises,schools should strengthen coordination and intensify the top-level design of the system,promote the deep integration of production and education,promote mature models,explore the implementation of higher apprenticeships with Chinese characteristics,and cultivate more"elite apprentices"for economic and social development.
