摘要
制度建设和治理现代化,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基本内容,也是根本保障。中国共产党领导推进制度建设和治理现代化并不断取得重大成就,开创了人类制度文明史上的新型制度,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家奠定了扎实的理论基础、实践基础、制度基础。新的发展阶段,推进制度建设和治理现代化,要加大改革创新力度,坚持问题导向,加大制度体系和治理体系的有效供给,构建系统完备、科学规范、运行有效的制度体系,强化制度意识、涵养制度精神,培育良好制度生态。
Institutional construction and governance modernization is the basic content as well as the fundamental guarantee of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,it has made great achievements in promoting the modernization of institution and governance,creating a new institution in the history of human institutional civilization,and laying a solid foundation in theory,practice and institution for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.In the new stage of development,to promote institution construction and governance modernization,we should strengthen reform and innovation,adhere to the problem orientation,increase the effective supply of institution and governance system,build a complete,scientific and standardized system with effective operation,strengthen the system consciousness,cultivate the system spirit,and cultivate a good system ecology.
