摘要
目的分析中药茵陈蒿汤治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的效果。方法入组该院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者共70例,随机分组。对照组的患者给予腺苷蛋氨酸,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加中药茵陈蒿汤。比较两组进行分娩的孕周、治疗前后患者肝功能指标TBIL、ALT、TBA、AST的治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组进行分娩的孕周(38.21±1.25)周长于对照组相应的指标(36.51±0.91)周,治疗后观察组肝功能指标TBIL、ALT、TBA、AST[(15.04±1.52)μmol/L、(111.08±12.21)U/L、(8.26±1.16)μmol/L、(94.12±12.13)U/L]显著低于对照组改善程度,差异有统计学意义(t=6.505、5.741、4.360、22.142、9.789,P<0.05);观察组妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症治疗总有效率94.29%高于对照组74.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05)。结论腺苷蛋氨酸治疗的基础上给予中药茵陈蒿汤对于妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的效果确切,可有效改善肝功能,促使孕周延长,且安全性高,未增加不良反应。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yinchenhao Decoction on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods A total of 70 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into groups.Patients in the control group were given adenosylmethionine,and the observation group was based on the control group,added traditional Chinese medicine Yinchenhao Decoction.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared between the gestational weeks of delivery and the liver function indexes TBIL,ALT,TBA and AST of patients before and after treatment.Results The gestational week of the observation group was(38.21±1.25)weeks longer than the corresponding index of(36.51±0.91)weeks in the control group.After treatment,the liver function indexes of the observation group were TBIL,ALT,TBA,AST[(15.04±1.52)μmol/L,(111.08±12.21)U/L,(8.26±1.16)μmol/L,(94.12±12.13)U/L]was significantly lower than the improvement of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.505,5.741,4.360,22.142,9.789,P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy in the observation group was 94.29%higher than that of the control group74.29%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of adenosylmethionine treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine Yinchenhao Decoction has a definite effect on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.It can effectively improve liver function and promote prolonged gestational age.It is safe and does not increase adverse reactions.
