临床见习对本科护理专业学生的影响程度

摘要 目的探讨临床见习对本科护理专业学生的影响程度。方法随机选择2019年3月—2020年4月某校88名学生为研究对象,依照教学模式间的差异,将其平均分为常规组和见习组两组,每组44名。其中常规组接受常规教学指导,见习组在此基础上增加临床见习指导,比较两组学生的期末考核结果与专业能力变化及教学效果评价。结果两组学生理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但见习组学生的实际操作成绩与病历书写成绩为(33.35±3.12)分、(14.51±2.42)分均高于常规组(28.19±3.33)分、(11.16±2.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较专业能力改善情况,见习组在批判思维能力、沟通能力养成方面更占优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。见习组学生对该次教学活动的满意度为93.18%高于常规组的77.27%,其各项满意度参数评分也更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理专业学生进行教学指导时,采用理论授课结合临床见习模式,更有助于提高学生临床学习质量与护理知识实际运用能力,为其以后工作开展打下坚实基础。 Objective To explore the impact of clinical probation on undergraduate nursing students.Methods A random selection of 88 students from a school from March 2019 to April 2020 as the research objects.According to the differences in teaching modes,they were equally divided into two groups:the routine group and the trainee group,44 in each group.Among them,the routine group accepted routine teaching guidance,and the trainee group added clinical practice guidance on this basis,compared the final assessment results of the two groups of students,the changes in professional ability and the evaluation of teaching effects.Results There was no significant difference in the numerical difference in the theoretical scores of the two groups of students(P>0.05).However,the practical performance and medical record writing scores of the students in the trainee group were(33.35±3.12)points and(14.51±2.42)points higher than those of the routine group(28.19±3.33)points and(11.16±2.32)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the improvement of their professional abilities,the trainee group had an advantage in the development of critical thinking skills and communication skills,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The student's satisfaction with this teaching activity in the trainee group was 93.18%,which was also higher than the 77.27%in the regular group,and their scores of satisfaction parameters were also higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching and guidance of nursing students,the combination of theoretical teaching and clinical probation mode is more helpful to improve the clinical learning quality of students and the practical application ability of nursing knowledge,and lay a solid foundation for their future work.
