摘要
电磁屏蔽材料已成为减少电磁污染的重要途径,其中碳基复合材料是电磁屏蔽材料研究领域的重要方向。以石墨烯和聚苯胺为重要原料,通过原位聚合制备氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺(GO/PANI)复合材料,并进行红外分析、X射线衍射分析、热重分析、导电性分析及电磁屏蔽性能分析等表征。结果表明:石墨烯被聚苯胺(PANI)包覆,GO/PANI复合材料的热稳定性和导电性均比还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)/PANI和PANI高,GO/PANI 6%的电磁屏蔽性能大于PANI,GO的加入提高了PANI的电磁屏蔽性能。
Electromagnetic shielding materials has become an important way to reduce the electromagnetic pollution,thereinto,carbon composite material is a important research direction in the field of electromagnetic shielding materials.Graphene and polyaniline used as the important raw material,graphene/polyaniline(GO/PANI)composite material was prepared by in situ polymerization.Meanwhile,the GO/PANI composites was analyzed by FT-IR,XRD,TG,conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance,respectively.The results showed that GO was successfully coated with PANI.Thermal stability and electrical conductivity of the GO/PANI composites were higher than RGO/PANI and PANI.The electromagnetic shielding property of GO/PANI(6%)was higher than that of PANI,the addition of graphene improved the electromagnetic shielding property of PANI.
