摘要
通过对ISO/IEC TR 30105-7:2019《信息技术IT赋能服务业务过程外包(ITES-BPO)生命周期过程第7部分:成熟度评估范例》的研究,介绍了标准体系下过程属性、过程能力等级和组织成熟度等级的评估方法,阐述了成熟度评估范例的实用性和创新性,及其对IT赋能服务业务过程外包组织的持续改进和社会发展的重要作用。明确了企业管理层应基于评估结果和业务目标不断进行过程改进和定期评估。
Through the research on Information technology-IT Enabled Services-Business Process Outsourcing(ITESBPO)lifecycle processes-Part7:Exemplar for maturity assessment,the article introduces the assessment methods for process attributes,process capability levels and organizational maturity levels under the standard framework,illustrates the practicability and innovativeness of reducing the deviation of the assessor's understanding of the standard and ensuring the quality of the assessment,as well as its important role in the continuous improvement of ITES-BPO organization and social development.Meanwhile,it outlines that the management of organizations should conduct process improvement actions and regular assessments continuously based on the assessment results and business objectives.
