摘要
和谐的导学关系对于发挥导师立德树人职责,培养德高医粹的医学人才具有重要意义。通过医学研究生导师(579名)和医学研究生(1591名)的问卷调查反馈,并结合部分导师和研究生(各50名)的半结构化访谈结果,分别从导师和学生层面探讨导学关系的现状和关键影响因素。基于此,结合医学专业特色,提出强化导师立德树人意识、提高研究生科研和为人处世本领、建立导学关系制度保障等落实医学研究生导师立德树人职责并形成医学研究生和谐导学关系的对策建议。
It is of great significance for the mentors to?exert the responsibilities and cultivate high-ethical and skilled medical graduates.Through the surveys of 579 medical postgraduate mentors and 1591 medical postgraduates,combined with the semi-structural interviews for 50 tutors and 50 graduate students in different medical postgraduate training units,this paper discusses the status quo and key influencing factors of medical postgraduate relationships on the level of both mentors and graduate students.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of medical profession,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions on implementing medical postgraduate tutors of enhancing morality and fostering talents and constructing medical postgraduate harmonious guide relationship.
