核心素养视域下小学生自我管理能力量表开发研究

Development and Cultivation of Self-management Ability Scale for Primary School Students from the Perspective of Key Competences

摘要 编制小学生自我管理能力量表,对8268名学生进行小学生自我管理能力的核心素养进行调查,探索培养小学生自我管理能力的策略。结果发现,小学生自我管理能力三维度量表的生活管理、人际情绪管理、学习管理的信度分别为0.862、0.782以及0.835,组合信度分别为0.895、0.843以及0.868,平均方差提取率分别为0.553、0.473以及0.424。量表通过验证性因子分析发现数据1的χ2/dif为3.10,RMSEA为0.049,CFI为0.939,TLI为0.931,SRMR为0.041,数据2的χ2/dif为5.42,RMSEA为0.052,CFI为0.931,TLI为0.922,SRMR为0.040,量表的信、效度良好。通过小学生自我管理能力量表建立学生自我管理能力的常模,以便为区域和学校的小学教育指导提供理论依据。 This study developed a self-management ability scale for primary school students,and investigated 8268 pupils’key competences of self-management ability to explore strategies to cultivate pupils’self-management ability.The results showed that the reliability of the three-dimensional scale of pupils’self-management ability was 0.862,0.782 and 0.835 respectively.The combined reliability of life management,interpersonal emotion management and learning management was 0.895,0.843 and 0.868 respectively.The composite reliability of life management,interpersonal emotion management and learning management was 0.895,0.843 and 0.868 respectively.The average variance extracted of emotional management and learning management were 0.553,0.473 and 0.424,respectively.Confirmatory factor analysis found thatχ2/dif of data 1 was 3.10,RMSEA was 0.049,CFI was 0.939,TLI was 0.931,SRMR was 0.041,χ2/dif of data 2 was 5.42,RMSEA was 0.052,CFI was 0.931,TLI was 0.922,SRMR was 0.040,and both reliability and validity of the scale were acceptable.The norm of pupils’self-management ability is established by using the pupils’self-management ability scale,so as to provide theoretical basis for regional and school-level primary education guidance.
