人员行为对住宅建筑热负荷需求的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文对西安市某居民住宅楼不同人员的作息规律和用能行为进行了调研测试,利用马尔可夫链模型和事件机制模拟了不同人员的在室情况,结合DeST软件对考虑人员在室情况和人员行为影响后的住宅建筑热负荷需求进行了模拟,并与传统负荷计算方法下得到的建筑热负荷需求进行比较。结果表明,人员行为对住宅建筑热负荷需求的影响较大,考虑人员行为影响因素后建筑的热负荷需求呈现显著地波动变化且供暖季近92%的时刻建筑的负荷率均不超过60%,上述结果可为供暖系统的设计和运行管理提供指导。 This paper investigates and tests the schedule and energy consumption behavior of occupant in a residential building in Xi’an. The Markov chain model and event mechanism are used to simulate the presence of different occupant.Combined with De ST software, the heat load demand of residential buildings considering the influence of occupancy and occupant behavior was simulated, and compared with the heat load demand under the traditional heat load calculation method. The results show that occupant behavior has a great impact on the heat load demand of residential buildings.After considering the factors of occupant behavior, the heat load demand of the building presents significant fluctuations and at nearly 92% of the time during the heating season, the heat load rate does not exceed 60%. The above results can provide guidance for the design and operation management of the heating system.
