摘要
无论是在诗画唱和的古代还是当今的图像时代,语言与图像的符号间性语境都是理解两者意义不可忽视的“共享语境”。在这一语境中,语言和图像都因彼此提高了审美表达效果,可以说是两种符号间的互文修辞。从诗意图和题画诗看符号间性语境中诗画之间的修辞,诗以“畅情”的方式修饰画,生发绘画所蕴蓄之情,能够点明象外之意、画外之音,从而提升图像的价值,这与中国绘画理论至宋代从重形似到重神似、从重政教功能到重性情抒发的发展趋势有关;而画以“显景”的方式修饰诗,提高了题画诗的地位和价值,空间的景物描写是诗歌情感的载体和表现手段,题画诗之所以在图像语境中大放异彩,在很大程度上是空间感受的增强对诗歌价值的帮衬。诗和画通过某种相似性的关联互为隐喻,并以各自擅长的方式给对方以补足,画不能表现的意境借诗来传达,诗不能呈现的意象由画来补足,诗与画共同营造了丰富幽远的艺术意境。因此,诗意画和题画诗才呈现出更好的审美效果。
Whether in the ancient times of poetry,painting and singing,or in the current era of images,the inter-symbolic context of language and image is a shared context that can not be ignored to understand their meanings.In this context,both language and image improve the effect of aesthetic expression for each other,which can be said to be intertextual rhetoric between the two symbols.Taking poetic paintings and painting poems as an example,poetry modifies painting by means of expressing emotion to generate the emotion contained in the painting,which can point out the meaning outside the image,so as to enhance the value of the painting.This is related to the development trend of Chinese painting theory from the Song dynasty,from the emphasis on form to spirit,from the emphasis on political and religious functions to the emphasis on emotional expression.Painting modifies poetry by presenting scenery to improve the status and value of painting poems.The description of scenery in space is the carrier and means of expression of poetry emotion.The reason why painting poems shine in the context of images is largely because the enhancement of space feeling improves the value of poetry.In all kinds of comprehensive art works of poetry and painting,poetry and painting are metaphorical to each other through a certain similarity,and complement each other in their own way.The artistic conception that cannot be expressed by painting is conveyed by poetry,and the image that cannot be presented by poetry is complemented by painting to create a rich and remote artistic conception.Therefore,poetic paintings and painting poems can achieve better aesthetic effect than the single poetry and painting works.
