摘要
从教与学两个方面分析目前临床检验实习教学中存在的问题,详细描述教学匹配原则下“三段式梯度教学模式”的主要内容,将教学师资分层,实习生分组后通过分层管理进行科室教学、专业组教学与拓展教学三段式梯度教学。教学中根据学生学情调查结果不断优化教学计划,分析实习生入、出科室时学情评分表及学情雷达图,评价“三段式梯度教学模式”的实施效果,为临床检验实习教学提供合理可行的新思路。
This study analyzes the existing problems in clinical laboratory practice teaching from two aspects of teaching and learning,describes the main content of“three-stage gradient teaching mode”under the principle of teaching matching in detail,divides the teaching teachers into different levels,and after the interns are divided into different groups,the three-stage gradient teaching of department teaching,professional group teaching and expansion teaching are carried out through hierarchical management.In teaching,the teaching plan is constantly optimized according to the investigation results of students learning situation,by analyzing the score table and radar chart of learning situation when the interns enter and leave the Department,the implementation effect of“three-stage gradient teaching mode”is evaluated,so as to provide a reasonable and feasible new idea for clinical laboratory practice teaching.
