导丝和导管辅助在回收贴壁型Aegisy腔静脉滤器中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨泥鳅导丝、猪尾导管在可回收Aegisy腔静脉滤器回收钩贴壁时的应用价值。方法2015年1月~2020年4月我们对21例术中造影证实Aegisy腔静脉滤器回收钩贴下腔静脉管壁者,采用猪尾管搅拌、导丝成襻、成襻导丝与鹅颈抓捕器配合等技术回收腔静脉滤器。结果20例在导丝、导管辅助下顺利回收,1例未能成功回收,回收率95.2%。回收滤器完整,无折断现象。术中无下腔静脉破裂出血、肺栓塞并发症。19例随访6~36个月,(24.7±6.5)月,下腔静脉血流通畅,无血流受阻,腹腔无明显出血表现。结论导丝、导管辅助可增加回收钩贴壁型Aegisy腔静脉滤器回收率,不增加患者经济负担,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of the loach guide wire and pigtail catheter in the recovery of Aegisy inferior vena cava filter with hook attached to the wall.Methods From January 2015 to April 2020,21 patients who were confirmed by intraoperative angiography that Aegisy vena cava filter retraction hook attached to the wall of inferior vena cava were treated with the technology of pigtail stirring,guide wire forming loop,and the combination of guide wire forming loop and gooseneck catcher.Results A total of 20 cases were recovered successfully with the help of guide wire and catheter,while 1 case failed to recover.The recovery rate was 95.2%.The recovery filter was complete without breakage.There were no complications such as rupture of inferior vena cava or pulmonary embolism during the operations.During follow-ups for 6-36 months,with a mean of(24.7±6.5)months,the blood flow of the inferior vena cava remained unobstructed.Conclusions The combined use of guide wire and catheter can increase the recovery rate for Aegisy filter with recycling hook attached to the venous wall.It dose not increase the economic burden of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
