摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对胃癌根治术后患者的生活质量和精神状态的影响。方法选取2019年1月~2020年6月我院接受胃癌根治术的患者124例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组62例患者给予常规护理,观察组62例患者在对照组的基础上联合心理护理干预。观察比较两组患者干预前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,以及干预后的生活质量调查量表(QLQ-C 30)评分和护理满意度评分。结果观察组患者干预后的SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的功能领域评分及总体健康状况评分高于对照组,症状领域评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在护理环境、护患沟通、人文支持及健康教育质量方面的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能够改善胃癌根治术患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量,且患者护理满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the quality of life and mental state of patients after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 124 patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group(62 cases)were given routine nursing,the observation group(62 cases)combined with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The depression self-rating scale(SDS)scores,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)scores,and quality of life questionnare-core 30(QLQ-C 30)scores and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of functional areas and overall health status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of symptom areas were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores in terms of nursing environment,nurse-patient communication,humanistic support and health education quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with gastric cancer radical surgery,improve their quality of life,and the patient care satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
