摘要
使用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了灭幼脲在山药和山药豆中的分析方法,通过一年六地的规范残留试验,得到灭幼脲在可食部位中的残留量,结合我国膳食结构进行风险评估,评价灭幼脲在山药种植中使用的安全性。结果表明:在0.01~2.00 mg/L,灭幼脲的峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好的线性关系;在0.01、0.10和1.00 mg/kg的添加水平下,灭幼脲在山药和山药豆的平均添加回收率分别为88%~102%和88%~94%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.7%~3.4%和2.0%~3.1%,方法定量限(LOQ)均为0.01 mg/kg。采收间隔期为21、28和35 d时灭幼脲在山药中的最终残留量均小于0.01 mg/kg,在山药豆中的最终残留量分别为0.019~0.24、0.085~0.21、<0.01~0.16 mg/kg,结合灭幼脲登记作物、居民的膳食结构进行评估,风险商值(RQ)为4.92%,表明对一般人群健康的影响在可接受风险水平,试验结果为特色小宗作物山药和山药豆的用药安全性和残留限量标准制定提供数据支持。
Using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)to establish an analytical method for mediflubenzuron in yam and yam beans,through standardized residue tests in six places a year,the residual amount of mediflubenzuron in edible parts was obtained.Combined with the dietary structure of our country,the risk assessment was carried out to evaluate the safety of diflubenzuron in yam cultivation.The results showed that in 0.01-2.00 mg/L,the peak area of chlorbenzuron had a good linear relationship with its mass concentration.At the levels of 0.01,0.10,1.00 mg/kg,the average recoveries of chlorbenzuron in yam and yam bean were 88%-102%and 88%-94%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 1.7%-3.4%and 2.0%-3.1%,respectively.The limits of quantitation(LOQ)were 0.01 mg/kg.The final residues of chlorbenzuron in yam harvested at 21,28,35 days intervals were less than 0.01 mg/kg,while in yam bean were 0.019-0.24,0.085-0.21 and<0.01-0.16 mg/kg,respectively.According to the final residues and dietary data of residents in China,the risk quotient was 4.92%,which indicated that it would not cause unacceptable risk to the health of general population.The test results provide data support for the formulation of drug safety and residue limit standards for specialty small crops of yam and yam bean.
