摘要
目的:分析增液汤治疗干眼症的有效性与应用价值。方法:选择2018年10月-2019年10月湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院接诊的干眼症患者66例,按照抽签法分为两组,33例每组,接受常规西药治疗的为对照组,接受增液汤治疗的为观察组,将两组干眼症患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果:观察组治疗后泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量大于对照组,角膜荧光素染色分值小于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后中医证候积分小于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞介素-1β、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素小于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:增液汤治疗干眼症效果准确,能够改善中医证候积分、泪膜破裂时间,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Zengye decoction(增液汤) on dry eye.Methods:66 cases from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the Zengye decoction.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the tear film rupture time and tear secretion in the observation group were greater,and the corneal fluorescein staining score in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower(P<0.05) than the control group.After treatment,compared with the control group,the interleukin-1β and thymic stromal lymphopoietin in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zengye decoction is effective in treating dry eye,can improve the TCM syndrome score and tear film rupture time.It is worthy of clinical application.
