摘要
类风湿性关节炎并发胃痛在临床中并不少见,中药、针灸或西药抑酸等治疗虽有疗效,但存在治疗周期长、易复发等局限性。王海东教授以解剖为基础,经筋理论为指导,结合自己多年临床经验,认为类风湿性关节炎并发胃痛与任脉、手三阴经筋病变及情志因素关系密切,以"不通则痛""不荣则痛""不顺则痛"的内科病治疗思路,运用针刀松解"贲"联合中药治疗本病,具有直达病所、疗效确切、治疗周期短等优点。
Rheumatoid arthritis with stomachache is not uncommon in clinical practice.Although traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and western medicine have curative effects,they have limitations such as long treatment cycle and easy recurrence.Professor Wang Haidong uses anatomy as the basis,guided by jingjin theory,combined with years of clinical experience,he believes that rheumatoid arthritis complicated by stomachache is closely related to Renmai(任脉),three-Yin(三阴) meridians of the hand and emotional factors.Following the medical treatment idea of “If it doesn’t work,it hurts”,and using acupotomy to relieve the “Ben”(贲) combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat the disease has the advantages of direct access to the disease,definite curative effect,and short treatment cycle.
