摘要
目的 分析系统康复治疗对养老机构老年脑卒中患者躯体功能的影响。方法 100例养老机构老年脑卒中患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组进行常规康复治疗,观察组给予系统康复治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后神经功能、认知功能、日常生活能力、肢体功能、生活质量。结果 治疗后,观察组患者简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分(28.37±0.86)分、Barthel指数(91.74±8.41)分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分(82.67±8.20)分均高于对照组的(27.01±0.84)、(83.64±8.20)、(70.22±8.13)分,神经功能缺损量表(NDS)评分(12.03±2.54)分低于对照组的(18.33±3.51)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者社会功能、情感功能、躯体功能、认知功能评分分别为(8.25±1.25)、(8.45±1.54)、(8.59±1.03)、(8.37±1.62)分,均高于对照组的(7.00±0.46)、(7.12±0.56)、(7.22±0.65)、(7.21±0.54)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 养老机构老年脑卒患者实施系统康复治疗,能够提升患者躯体功能,快速改善患者病情,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of systematic rehabilitation therapy on physical function of elderly stroke patients in nursing homes.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with stroke in nursing homes were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received systematic rehabilitation treatment.Both groups were compared in terms of neurological function,cognitive function,activities of daily living,limb function and quality of life before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the minimental state examination(MMSE)score(28.37±0.86)points,Barthel index(91.74±8.41)points and Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)score(82.67±8.20)points in the observation group were higher than(27.01±0.84),(83.64±8.20),(70.22±8.13)points in the control group,and the neurological deficit scale(NDS)score(12.03±2.54)points was lower than(18.33±3.51)points in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The social function,emotional function,physical function,and cognitive function scores of the observation group were(8.25±1.25),(8.45±1.54),(8.59±1.03),and(8.37±1.62)points,which were higher than(7.00±0.46),(7.12±0.56),(7.22±0.65),(7.21±0.54)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation in elderly stroke patients in nursing home can improve the physical function,quickly improve the condition of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical prmotion and application.
