摘要
目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法68例小儿肺炎患儿,随机分为干预组与常规组,各34例。常规组采取常规方法治疗,干预组则在常规组基础上采取布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗。比较两组治疗前后的第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白以及咳嗽消失时间、住院时间、总有效率。结果治疗后,干预组的第1秒用力呼气容积(1.54±0.34)L、用力肺活量(2.71±0.35)L高于常规组的(1.24±0.24)、(2.42±0.16)L,血清降钙素原(1.73±0.11)μg/L、超敏C反应蛋白(4.12±0.32)mg/L低于常规组的(4.31±0.21)μg/L、(8.62±0.52)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的咳嗽消失时间、住院时间分别为(5.21±1.34)、(7.34±1.51)d,均短于常规组的(7.21±1.56)、(9.12±2.51)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于常规组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗小儿肺炎效果确切,可有效改善患儿的肺功能,控制肺部炎症,缩短住院时间。
Objective To discuss the effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods A total of 68 cases of infantile pneumonia were randomly divided into intervention group and conventional group,with 34 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional methods,and the intervention group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the conventional group.Both groups were compared in terms of forced expiratory volume in the 1st second,forced vital capacity,serum procalcitonin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein before and after treatment,cough disappearance time,hospitalization time,total effective rate.Results After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the 1st second(1.54±0.34)L and forced vital capacity(2.71±0.35)L of the intervention group were higher than(1.24±0.24)and(2.42±0.16)L of the conventional group,and serum procalcitonin(1.73±0.11)μg/L and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(4.12±0.32)mg/L were lower than(4.31±0.21)μg/L and(8.62±0.52)mg/L of the conventional group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough disappearance time and hospitalization time of the intervention group were(5.21±1.34)and(7.34±1.51)d,respectively,which were shorter than(7.21±1.56)and(9.12±2.51)d of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was 100.00%,which was higher than 76.47%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation has definite effect in the treatment of infantile pneumonia,and it can effectively improve the pulmonary function,control the pulmonary inflammation and shorten the hospitalization time.
