摘要
目的比较血常规检验中的静脉血检验与末梢血检验结果。方法选取2020年6月-2021年6月我院进行血常规检验的54名健康体检者为研究对象,分别取静脉血和末梢血进行检验,比较末梢血检验与静脉血检验血常规指标[白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLT)、红细胞压积(HCT)]、静脉血标本不同检验时间点及采集部位血常规检验结果。结果末梢血检验WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT、HCT水平均低于静脉血检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且静脉血检验结果与血常规的标准值更为接近;静脉血≥4 h检验的WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT、HCT水平均低于即刻检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且即刻检验结果与血常规的标准值更为接近;左侧肘部静脉血标本检验的WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT、HCT水平与右侧肘静脉比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论静脉血血常规检验结果准确性高于末梢血,且静脉血检验随着血样存放时间延长,检测结果会发生变化,但不同采集部位静脉血检验结果无明显差异。
Objective To observe and compare the results of venous blood test and peripheral blood test in routine blood test.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,54 healthy subjects who underwent blood routine examination in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Venous blood and peripheral blood were taken for examination.The blood routine indexes[white blood cell(WBC),red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet count(PLT),hematocrit(HCT)]of peripheral blood test and venous blood test,venous blood samples at different test time points and blood routine test results of collection sites were compared.Results The levels of WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT,HCT by peripheral blood test were lower than those by venous blood test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and venous blood test results were closer to the standard value of blood routine.The levels of WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT and HCT by≥4 h test of venous blood were lower than those by immediate test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the immediate test results were closer to the standard values of blood routine.There was no significant difference in WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT and HCT levels between the left elbow venous blood specimen and the right elbow venous blood specimen(P>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of blood routine test results of venous blood is higher than that of peripheral blood,and the test results of venous blood will change with the prolongation of blood sample storage time,but there was no significant difference in the results of venous blood test at different locations.
