摘要
文章介绍了在新型国家自动气象观测站观测业务流程和技术特点基础上,采用计算机网络编程技术,实现对新型自动气象站的多功能实时监测与报警,重点阐述对数据、设备、网络等状态进行多功能实时监测与报警的功能设计及实现方法。实践证明该功能可以保证无人值守环境下观测系统发生故障时,做到对故障第一时间发现、第一时间告之、第一时间处理,减少系统故障时间,保证观测数据的连续性和可用性。
Based on the observation process and technical characteristics of the new national automatic meteorological observa tion station,the paper realizes the multi-functional real-time monitoring and alarm function of the new automatic meteorological station by computer programming technology,focusing on the functional design and implementation method of multi-functional real-time monitoring and alarm of data,equipment and network states.The practice has proved that it can ensure that when the observation system breaks down in the unattended environment,it can find,report and deal with the fault at the first time,it can reduce the fault time of the system,and ensure the continuity and availability of the observation data.
