摘要
目的:观察槐杞黄颗粒联合西咪替丁治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿的效果。方法:选取70例HSP患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上对照组采用西咪替丁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合槐杞黄颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前后免疫指标水平、临床症状消退时间和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组IgM和IgG水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮肤紫癜消失时间、关节红肿消退时间、消化道症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒联合西咪替丁治疗HSP患儿可改善免疫指标水平,缩短临床症状消退时间,优于单纯西咪替丁治疗效果。
Objective:To observe effects of Huaiqihuang granules combined with Cimetidine in treatment of children with allergic purpura(HSP).Methods:70 children with HSP were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Cimetidine,while the observation group was treated with Huaiqihuang granules on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of immune indicators,the clinical symptom resolution time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the immunoglobulin A(IgA)levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the IgM levels and IgG levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The skin purpura disappearance time and the relief time of joint redness and swelling,gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Huaiqihuang granules combined with Cimetidine in treatment of children with HSP can improve the level of immune indicators and shorten the clinical symptoms resolution time.Moreover,it is superior to single Cimetidine.
