摘要
目的:观察丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍躁狂相患者的效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年4月该院精神科收治的双相情感障碍躁狂相患者80例为研究对象,按抽签法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用奥氮平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,比较两组躁狂症状严重程度[贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)]评分、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后4周、8周,观察组BRMS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%(35/40),高于对照组的67.50%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在奥氮平治疗基础上采用丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍躁狂相患者可降低BRMS评分,提高治疗总有效率,效果优于单纯奥氮平治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets on patients with manic phase of bipolar disorder.Methods:From March 2018 to April 2020,80 patients with manic phase of bipolar disorder admitted to the psychiatric department of the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine,while the observation group was treated with Magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The severity of manic symptoms[Baker-Lafanson mania scale(BRMS)]score,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment,the BRMS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.50%(35/40),which was higher than 67.50%(27/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of Olanzapine treatment,Magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of the patients with manic phase of bipolar disorder can reduce the BRMS score and improve the overall effective rate of treatment.Moreover,it is superior to single Olanzapine.
