摘要
在中国特色社会主义的制度框架下,党的思想引领与国家治理具有高度契合性,提升党的思想引领力既是实现国家治理现代化的根本政治保证,也是国家治理现代化的题中应有之义,同时提升党思想引领力的推进策略也深藏于促进国家治理现代化的具体实践中。为了确保国家治理现代化的正确方向,中国共产党要立足于当前治理实践的现实问题,创新现代化的国家治理话语,在多元化思潮中以党的理论武装规范人们对中国特色社会主义国家治理的准确认知和政治认同,从而汇聚成国家治理现代化的强大合力。
Under the institutional framework of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Party’s ideology leadership and state governance are highly consistent.To improve the Party’s ideological leading ability is not only the fundamental political guarantee,but also the necessary argumentation for the modernization of state governance.Meanwhile,strategies to promote the Party’s leadership are contained in the practice of the state governance modernization.In order to ensure the governance modernization in the right direction,the Communist Party of China should root in practice,innovate the governance discourse,normalize and arm people’s accurate cognition and political identity about the governance with the Party’s theories so that the powerful joint forces of state governance will be united.
